Ruud Frambach (1965) is Professor of Marketing and Department Chair at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam since 2000. He holds a PhD in Marketing (1993) from Tilburg University. From 1992 to 2000 he was a member of the Marketing Department at Tilburg University as an assistant and associate professor, respectively. From 1995 to 2000 he also held a part-time position at Ghent University (Belgium). His research interests include innovation adoption and marketing strategy. He has published papers in journals such as the International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Letters and Journal of Business Research and has co-authored several books on Marketing Strategy.
